All our dishes are homemade and prepared from raw products.
Our garnish: Our dishes are accompanied by fresh vegetables coming directly from our gardener and our garden (depending on the season). Every day, they vary and are cooked the same morning for evening.

Our delicatessen and our meat come from Laguiole in North Aveyron. The delicatessen is made respecting the tradition in Aubrac. Our meats are 100% French, regional, raised by farmers in Aveyron.

Beef is Race Aubrac. Tenderness, its well red colour, its marbling make a meat the most tasty and most rare.

The Aveyron lamb grew up under the mother and fed her milk. Its breeding in the Aveyron tradition makes meat a unique flavor and exceptional tenderness.

The Ségala veal is a farmer calf born and raised in the tradition of the “aveyronnaises” farms. He grew up under his mother and is fed her milk and seeds sorted which makes its tender and tasty meat.

Cheese: from local production from North to South Aveyron.

Our desserts: they are 'homemade' and ice creams are homemade.

Propose a cuisine based on extra fresh products can imply that some dishes are more available.
our products
In the heart of our garden, we grow our own vegetables and aromatic herbs without pesticides or fertilizers.

Early in the morning, you can attend the collection of vegetables. Freshly picked, they will be prepared for the evening meal or enter the composition of your picnic basket.
